• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management to advance CSDP’s mission and ensure financial sustainability.
• Lead a small, collaborative team and set organizational direction while engaging in programs, advocacy, fundraising, communications, and operations.
• Serve as the public face of CSDP and build relationships with the Board of Directors, staff, coalition members, elected officials, government agencies, land managers, developers, communities, supporters, and major donors.
• Navigate complex conservation, land-use, and local government issues while aligning diverse interests around a shared vision.
