Job summary

You will oversee annual planning, salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits, partnering with senior leadership to align pay with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience with leadership responsibility.
• Public company experience is required.
• Experience in financial services or a complex, regulated environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, incentive programs, benefits, benchmarking and market data.
• Experience presenting compensation recommendations to senior executives and boards.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Experience managing teams and external advisors.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's compensation and benefits strategy across the organization.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, salary structures, incentive programs, and merit processes.
• Partner with senior leadership on compensation decisions and organizational strategy.
• Manage executive compensation processes, including benchmarking, analysis, and governance.
• Oversee employee benefits strategy, vendor relationships, plan design, and renewals.
• Develop compensation analyses and recommendations for senior management and committees.
• Ensure programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and public-company requirements.
• Lead and develop the compensation and benefits team.
