• Experience reading financial statements.
• Developing and coordinating fundraising programs with a board.
• Staff and volunteer management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Financial leadership: oversee financial health, read and understand financial statements, help prepare and monitor annual operating budget (~$275,000).
• Marketing/fundraising: lead comprehensive fundraising with board, pursue grants, strengthen membership and donor relations.
• Management: provide leadership for day‑to‑day operations, manage staff/volunteers, oversee programs and publications (The Quarterly).
• Community engagement: serve as public face, build relationships across Gallatin County and with partners.
