You will partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into measurable performance outcomes and drive proactive, scalable learning across in-person and digital modalities. You will own the multi-year learning roadmap, ensure governance, and partner with technology and HR to embed the learning function

• Serve as the senior learning advisor to Commercial Banking executives.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders and set clear learning priorities.
• Translate stakeholder requests into clear business and performance challenges.
• Establish governance for annual and quarterly planning and demand management.
• Own the multi-year learning strategy and roadmap for Commercial Banking.
• Oversee end-to-end program design across modalities with consistent quality.
• Partner with SMEs and vendors to develop content aligned to banking realities.
• Define and measure success by business and learner outcomes.
• Create a continuous improvement loop and reinvest in high-impact capability builds.
• Build and lead a high-performing Learning team with cross-functional collaboration.
