Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior learning advisor to Commercial Banking executives.
• Lead discussions on learning priorities and challenge unclear requests.
• Translate stakeholder requests into clear performance challenges and outcomes.
• Establish governance for annual and quarterly planning and demand management.
• Own multi-year learning strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end program design across multiple modalities.
