• People leadership experience and strong matrix collaboration skills.
• Track record of measuring outcomes and reallocating effort toward high-impact work.

• Serve as the senior learning advisor to Commercial Banking executives and understand strategy, client coverage, products, credit lifecycle, risk mindset, and performance drivers.
• Lead discussions with stakeholders, define priorities and solutions, and challenge unclear requests.
• Translate stakeholder requests into clear business and performance challenges with measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance for learning priorities and planning.
• Own multi-year learning strategy and roadmap for Commercial Banking tied to business goals.
• Assess capability needs and ensure practical, relevant learning grounded in real scenarios.
• Oversee end-to-end program design across modalities and scale across regions.
• Partner with SMEs and vendors to develop content aligned to banking realities.
