Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director of Business Operations & Strategy to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and operational delivery for Clinical Informatics and Clinical Care Delivery initiatives. This role reports to the CHIO and partners with CVS Health Care Delivery businesses to align clinical technology strategy with Epic and other platforms.

The position requires senior leadership experience, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• 15+ years of healthcare leadership experience in a large, matrixed environment.
• Proven track record leading senior teams and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong experience with AI governance and enterprise technology evaluation.
• Extensive knowledge of interoperability standards and HIPAA/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and strategy for Clinical Informatics and Clinical Care Delivery initiatives across CVS Health.
• Forge strategic relationships with executive stakeholders across CVS businesses.
• Oversee governance, budgets, contracts, and vendor management for Epic and related platforms.
• Drive operational excellence, intake processes, and cross-team collaboration across the org.
