Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare admin field.
• Eight+ years servicing clinical/patient care equipment in hospital settings.
• Three+ years of on-site supervision of hospital technicians.
• Three+ years managing multiple clinical engineering departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical engineering health systems across multiple hospitals/clinics.
• Ensure ISO 13485/QMP compliance and audit readiness.
• Drive KPI improvement and strategic business reviews.
• Mentor and train unit directors and managers on program management.
• Oversee customer satisfaction, retention, and key account relations.
• Develop capital replacement and service delivery plans with clients.
• Coordinate regional succession and staffing objectives.
• Manage vendor contracts, accounts receivable, and budget adherence.
