The Enterprise Director works under the direction of a Regional Vice President and provides the leadership of managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or healthcare administration or equivalent.
• Eight years of hospital clinical/patient care equipment experience.
• At least three years of on-site supervision of hospital technicians.
• Three years managing multiple clinical engineering departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as temporary interim Regional Vice President during their absence.
• Ensure successful audits from The Joint Commission or DNV.
• Oversee new accounts and program start-ups.
• Maintain awareness of competition and market conditions.
• Conduct high quality Strategic Business Review.
• Mentor and train Unit Directors on program management.
• Implement KPI improvement strategies.
• Maintain ISO 13485 certification standards and QMP policies.
• Manage client relationships, satisfaction, and retention.
• Provide leadership and oversight to direct reports.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in technical discipline or Healthcare Administration or equivalent
