Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Executive Director, Client Experience Engineering to lead the myPBM platform within Pharmacy Services. You will direct a cross-functional team across Angular, Java, Azure and Google Cloud, shaping a modern data-driven PBM solution and driving AI-enabled improvements.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in IT with 4+ years at director level, and a proven track record in cloud engineering, enterprise applications strategy, and budget leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Director+ roles
• Experience managing client-facing systems across development, operations and production support
• Ability to lead diverse teams without direct authority
• Experience in AI technologies and cloud engineering
• Proven budget planning, strategic planning, process improvement, and HR management

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technology teams supporting portfolio assets and large data workloads on Angular, Java, Azure and Google Cloud
• Drive modernization using cloud-native data domain solutions and AI integration
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical plans and roadmaps
• Oversee delivery quality, timelines, budgets and alignment with OKRs/KPIs
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships for major programs
• Promote innovation and modular architecture across client experience platforms
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk controls within systems and applications
