The Director will lead staff, shape the educational philosophy, and maintain alignment with the church's mission and values in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with strategic vision for a child development center.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and operations.
• Understanding of licensing, accreditation and ECE standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and foster partnerships with families and church.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversee CDC operations.
• Oversee budget development, monitoring and forecasting.
