Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader: Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; assists with curriculum implementation with coaching and communication.
• Be an expert: Ensure the school operates in accordance with licensing standards and fosters partnerships within the community.
• Be an innovator: Inspire imagination, build self-esteem, and provide a caring, educational, safe environment.
• Be a team player: Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
