• 15+ years of quality/technical experience in pharmaceutical development and commercial manufacture.
• Bachelor's equivalent would be insufficient; requires advanced degree and leadership experience.
• Experience leading quality organizations across global manufacturing networks and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the long-term CGT Quality strategy aligned with Vertex objectives.
• Lead quality in CGT programs and manage technology transfers and risk mitigation.
• Oversee quality readiness for commercialization, PPQ, process validation and lifecycle management.
• Establish global quality governance and oversight of internal and external manufacturing partners.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing global CGT quality organization and manage budgets.
