In-depth knowledge of global health authority expectations and GxP.
Executive presence with ability to influence enterprise decisions.
15+ years in quality with 7+ years in management in regulated pharma.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic Quality Systems leadership in CGT programs across lifecycle stages.
Define, prioritize, and execute CGT Quality Systems across clinical, launch, and commercial.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure risk management and mitigation plans are executed.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster accountability and collaboration.
Improve quality transformation and ensure patient-centric, compliant processes.
Lead CMC Quality initiatives to mature Vertex’s Global Quality Systems.
Oversee end-to-end quality for personalized medicine/CGT patient journey.
