Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Director, CGT Quality Systems for Personalized Medicine to provide strategic quality leadership across the CGT program lifecycle. You will align with Global Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to drive risk management and continuous improvement while ensuring patient-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

Broad experience in quality and compliance oversight for CGT/cell therapy.
In-depth knowledge of global health authority expectations and GxP.
Executive presence with ability to influence enterprise decisions.
15+ years in quality with 7+ years in management in regulated pharma.

Responsabilités

Provide strategic Quality Systems leadership in CGT programs across lifecycle stages.
Define, prioritize, and execute CGT Quality Systems across clinical, launch, and commercial.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure risk management and mitigation plans are executed.
Lead, mentor, and develop teams to foster accountability and collaboration.
Improve quality transformation and ensure patient-centric, compliant processes.
Lead CMC Quality initiatives to mature Vertex’s Global Quality Systems.
Oversee end-to-end quality for personalized medicine/CGT patient journey.
