Job summary

You will build scalable quality capabilities across internal sites and external partners, lead risk-based decisions, and advance digital quality initiatives to support accelerated therapy delivery.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in biotechnical/life sciences or equivalent.
• 15+ years in quality/technical pharma development and manufacturing.
• 10+ years in management/supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term CGT Quality strategy aligned with Vertex objectives.
• Lead quality in CGT programs from development to commercialization, ensuring compliance.
• Oversight of internal/external manufacturing quality and inspections.
