Bethel University seeks an experienced business professional to lead the Bethel Institute for Business Engagement. This full-time Executive Director role connects students, faculty, alumni and organizations through experiential learning, consulting, and mentoring, leveraging business experience and Christian faith to build a Christ-centered business school.

You will lead development, cultivate relationships with executives, sponsor programs, oversee boards, and teach ~two courses per year within

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in business, entrepreneurship, consulting, or executive leadership.
• Proven success developing professional relationships and partnerships.
• Experience with fundraising, sponsorship development, consulting, or revenue generation is preferred.
• Teaching, mentoring, or professional development experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead development for the Bethel Institute for Business Engagement and represent Bethel Business to the business community.
• Develop relationships with executives, alumni, employers, and other leaders to create opportunities for students and strengthen Bethel Business.
• Lead Institute initiatives including Royals Consulting Group, Executive Fellows Program, and other engagement activities.
• Develop consulting projects and applied-learning opportunities for students and faculty.
• Develop sponsorships and other financial support for Institute programs with University Advancement.
• Manage and strengthen the School of Business Board of Advisors and organize meetings.
• Teach approximately two School of Business courses per academic year (12-month, 32-credit load with 24 credits for administration).
• Advise and mentor students and participate in faculty and School of Business responsibilities.
• Support Bethel University’s Christian values and liberal arts education.
