Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure for all-funds resource planning including Tax Levy, IFR, auxiliaries, and related entities.
• Provide leadership for budget systems and planning tools.
• Ensure operating and capital budgets align with strategic/resource-planning processes.
• Oversee Budget Office operations and staff development.
• Perform predictive budget modeling to assess funding dynamics and opportunities for resource growth.
• Direct execution and monitoring of operating budgets with department budget managers.
