The role requires strategic leadership, supervision of senior staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance in behavioral health services for adults with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health sciences or related field.
• Current New Jersey LCSW license.
• CCS credential or ability to obtain shortly after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for outpatient and CSS programs.
• Supervise program directors, managers, supervisors, and clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and leadership support.
• Review treatment planning processes and client engagement strategies.
• Support implementation of evidence-based and recovery-oriented practices.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and best practices in operations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support agency goals.
