The role carries a full-time schedule with a part-time supervisory component, requiring a Master’s in a clinical behavioral health field, licensure (LPC/LCSW/CADC/CAADC), and at least two years post‑degree experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical behavioral health discipline from an accredited institution.
• Two years post-degree experience in behavioral health, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensure required (LPC, LCSW, CADC or CAADC).
• Clearances: Child Abuse, Criminal, and fingerprint-based federal history; not on Medicaid/Medicare Exclusion list.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to program staff.
• Deliver direct clinical services as determined by the Program Coordinator.
• Ensure program services comply with licensure standards and organizational policies.
• Maintain licensure and certifications; complete mandatory training as required.
