Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a growing addiction treatment facility in Ohio. You will lead teams, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, and drive growth with a focus on quality patient care.

Required are a Master’s in a health-related field or a Bachelor's with healthcare experience, plus at least five years in management. Travel up to 25% is expected. Competitive benefits and PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services field or Bachelor’s with two years’ experience in related healthcare field.
• Five years’ management experience in a licensed substance use disorder or mental health treatment facility.
• Ability to coordinate services with community resources and manage HR/financial matters.
• Experience ensuring compliance with CARF, State and County standards and accreditation.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnights, local events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations of a growing treatment facility in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Lead and develop teams; oversee HR, marketing, growth initiatives, and admissions flow.
• Plan, administer, and report on managerial, operational, fiscal components of the organization.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities for patient care and staff retention.
• Maintain compliance with DEA requirements where applicable and ensure credentialing reviews.
