Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead the daily operations of a growing treatment facility in California.

You will supervise departments, manage human resources, marketing, finances, and admissions flow, and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. The role requires five years of management experience, a relevant degree, travel up to 25%, and a proven ability to build strong teams and a positive culture.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of management experience.
• Ability to coordinate services with community resources.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in licensed SUD or mental health facility.
• Knowledge of state and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CARF, State and County standards compliance.
• Plan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components.
• Oversee patient and teammate safety, policy adherence, and credential verification.
• Lead staffing and development, ensuring aligned duties and performance.
