Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecast, outlook, stress testing and strategic planning processes for the Retail & Consumer business.
• Partner with senior business leaders to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
• Direct monthly and quarterly financial reviews, providing actionable insights to executive management.
• Develop and enhance executive reporting, forecasting models, dashboards, and decision-support analytics.
• Analyze key drivers, customer trends, profitability metrics, and portfolio performance to inform strategy.
• Lead headcount planning, expense management, and investment prioritization.
