Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in financial planning and analysis, business management or corporate finance.
• Experience influencing senior executives and supporting strategic business decisions.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent within a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, forecasting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to translate data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, forecast, outlook, stress testing and strategic planning processes for Retail & Consumer.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate performance and influence strategic decisions.
• Direct monthly and quarterly financial reviews with actionable insights for executives.
• Develop and improve executive reporting, forecasting models and dashboards.
• Analyze key drivers, profitability metrics, and portfolio performance to guide strategy.
• Lead headcount planning, expense management, and investment prioritization.
• Identify financial risks/opportunities and communicate implications to leadership.
• Drive process improvement, automation and reporting enhancements for efficiency and controls.
• Collaborate across Finance, Risk, Product, Operations, Treasury and Corporate functions.
• Lead, coach and develop a finance team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
