Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking an Executive Director to uphold community reputation, prepare for state surveys, and supervise the entire facility team. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and strong relationships with referral sources.

You will oversee admissions, infection control, and staffing while ensuring privacy and resident rights. The position requires overseeing operations, coordinating with nursing and HR, and maintaining high standards of care and service delivery for all

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform essential duties.
• Ability to make independent decisions with tact and professionalism.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with residents, families and staff.
• Knowledge of facility sanitation, safety and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise tenant care and admissions/discharges.
• Work with Wellness Director and nursing to maintain infection control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IDPH, OSHA and local agencies.
• Oversee staffing levels, HR discipline and in-service education.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and rights; supervise staff communications.
