Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Assisted Living Director to lead an assisted living facility in the Spring Home at Galloway, NJ. This role drives high-quality resident care, staff development, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a safe and positive environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of healthcare leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and eligibility for an Assisted Living Administrator license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within assisted living or healthcare management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred for advanced leadership.
• Must hold or be eligible for an Assisted Living Administrator license.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility and ensure high-quality care.
• Lead staffing, training, scheduling, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop policies to improve resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain records, budgets, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
• Engage with residents and families to align care plans with needs and preferences.
