Job summary

The Country Home Memory Care in Morris Plains, NJ, is seeking an Assisted Living Director (Full-Time) to lead day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance for a 40-bed memory care center.

You will manage staff, develop individualized care plans, oversee admissions, and foster strong family relationships while driving occupancy and ensuring financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unrestricted RN license and active CALA licensure in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility to ensure high-quality care.
• Lead and manage caregivers, nurses, administrative staff, and support personnel.
• Implement policies to ensure regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and teamwork among staff, residents, and families.
• Develop and monitor budget, billing, and financial reporting in collaboration with the finance team.
• Lead admissions, marketing, and census growth initiatives to maximize occupancy.
