Spring Home at Galloway in Galloway, NJ is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff. This full-time leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and coordinated care plans for residents.

The DON will manage budget, staffing, and ongoing staff development to foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing with an active RN license and 5–7 years of nursing experience,

Qualifications

• RN license active in NJ.
• 5–7 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing Administration preferred.
• Experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing department and ensure high-quality care.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain quality assurance programs.
• Assist in budgeting and resource management for the nursing department.
• Provide ongoing staff training and development opportunities.
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care plans and health updates.
• Lead emergency and crisis response and preparedness activities.
