Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead our dining program, ensuring exceptional hospitality and high-quality dining experiences for residents, families, and guests. The role oversees production, menu development, safety compliance, and departmental budgets while mentoring a high-performing team aligned with MBK’s mission.

Requires 5+ years in dining or hospitality leadership, ServSafe certification, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in dining or hospitality leadership.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining program to deliver outstanding hospitality for residents, families, and guests.
• Oversee food production, menu development, safety compliance, and budgets.
• Hire, train, coach, and supervise dining staff; set performance goals and evaluate results.
• Collaborate with leadership as Manager on Duty (MOD) and contribute to the executive team.
