Arden Courts seeks an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day management and operations of the Fair Oaks facility. You will set standards of excellence, align business and people strategies, and drive a productive environment that meets or exceeds key performance indicators.

You will oversee staff, patient care standards, regulatory compliance, and daily financials while fostering a supportive workplace with comprehensive benefits and pay options.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• License required according to state regulations.

Description

The Executive Director is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the facility. This role sets standards of excellence to ensure success by aligning key business and people strategies, practices, and processes to ensure a productive environment that drives positive business results and meets or exceeds key performance indicators.

Requirements

Education: Associates Degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred
Years of Experience : Two years of supervisory experience required. Healthcare experience preferred
License: License required according to state regulations
