Job summary

University Health is seeking an experienced healthcare financial professional to drive the financial performance and operational success of our physician network and ambulatory services. This role partners with medical, administrative, and financial leaders to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and support the growth of ambulatory services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business or related field is required.
Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field is preferred.
Minimum five years of progressive experience in a multi-specialty group practice, clinic setting, complex managed care environment and/or healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

Track, report, analyze and support the improvement of financial outcomes for the physician network and ambulatory services.
Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to plan changes that improve efficiency and profitability.
Oversee financial programs including strategic planning, budgeting, provider compensation, revenue cycle strategies and variance reporting.
