Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field and ten (10) years of related experience required.
• Experience leading ambulatory integration, growth strategy, and operations across a multi-hospital health system and/or academic medical center environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive enterprise ambulatory strategy aligning academic and community services.
• Establishes governance, standards, metrics, and accountability for an integrated ambulatory network.
• Identifies ambulatory growth opportunities including new markets, acquisitions, and site development.
• Partners with leadership to optimize ambulatory care delivery models and improve access.
• Develops long-range ambulatory network plans supporting strategic priorities of a large public academic health system.
• Oversees ambulatory services across the UAB Medicine footprint and drives alignment.
• Collaborates with Access Center and resources to support ambulatory footprint.
• Aligns community practices ensuring streamlined operations and unified patient experience.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of growth opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
