Job summary

University Health is seeking an experienced healthcare financial professional to drive the financial performance and operational success of our physician network and ambulatory services. You will partner with medical, administrative, and financial leaders to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and support growth of ambulatory services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business or related field required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive experience in a multi-specialty group practice, clinic setting, complex managed care environment and/or healthcare operations.
• Four years of managerial experience highly preferred.
• Expertise in ambulatory clinic financial performance, including revenue cycle performance or contracting.

Responsibilities

• Track, report, analyze, advise and support improvement of the financial outcomes for University Health's physician network and ambulatory services.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to plan and implement changes to improve efficiency and profitability of ambulatory clinic services.
• Develop and manage financial programs related to strategic planning, budgeting, provider compensation, revenue cycle, and variance reporting.
• Coordinate with Ambulatory Clinic administration, Medical Directors, facility managers, and Financial Operations teams.
