Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple engineering verticals, including: Application Development, DevOps, API & Microservices, Software QA, Testing, and Release Management.
• Bring together currently fragmented teams and establish a modern operating model that drives alignment, accountability, and delivery excellence.
• Develop and execute an AI-enabled software development strategy that improves engineering velocity and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with Digital Product and business leaders to align engineering roadmaps and deliverables with organizational priorities.
• Create the framework for forward-deployed engineering teams embedded within business functions to accelerate innovation and execution.
