About The Role

As part of our enterprise digital transformation, we are seeking an Executive Director, Software Engineering to bring together multiple engineering organizations that today operate independently across the business. Historically, software development has been embedded within individual product organizations, enabling teams to build solutions around a highly customized legacy environment. As we modernize our technology ecosystem, we are looking for a leader who can unify these teams, establish a cohesive engineering strategy, and help shape the next chapter of our transformation.This role is ideal for a technology leader who combines strategic thinking with execution, understands how to drive organizational change, and brings a strong product mindset to software engineering.

What You'll Do

• Modernizing a highly legacy application landscape.
• Transitioning from Cerner Millennium to Oracle Health on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Migrating financial systems to Oracle Health on OCI.
• Building an enterprise data platform.
• Expanding the use of AI agents across business functions.
• Evolving from traditional analytics and reporting toward a data product and data monetization mindset.
• Exploring forward-deployed engineering models that bring technology closer to the business.
