Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an Executive Director - Principal Software Engineer to architect and deliver AI-native, autonomous agentic AI solutions that transform client onboarding and workflows. • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 12+ years experience.
• Experience in Java/J2EE and/or Python, with agentic AI frameworks and NLP/ML expertise.
• History leading AI-powered products as Product Owner/Manager; financial services knowledge.
• Ability to implement cloud-based AWS solutions and agile delivery practices.
• Strong communication with senior leaders and executives; business impact focus.

• Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks and secure production code reviews.
• Leads integration of intelligent agents into enterprise systems and drives measurable outcomes.
• Architects and governs agentic AI workflows with guardrails for security and reuse.

• Advises cross-functional teams on tech matters and serves as subject matter expert.
