The role requires 12+ years of software engineering experience, Python/Java expertise, and deep knowledge of NLP/ML, AWS SageMaker, and cloud deployment. You will report into Asset Wealth Management.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 12+ years applied experience.
• Experience with Python and Java/J2EE in production.
• Hands-on with agentic AI frameworks and NLP/ML.
• Experience leading AI-powered products and collaborating with executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure production code and review colleagues' work.
• Lead integration of autonomous agents into enterprise systems and measure business impact.
• Architect agentic AI workflows with guardrails for security and reuse.
• Utilize enterprise toolchains and AI-assisted development to improve automation.
• Advise cross-functional teams and act as SME on agentic AI.
