Job summary

New Haven Residential Treatment Center is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Stabilization & Assessment program for girls ages 12-17. You will shape clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and family engagement in a home-like setting in Spanish Fork, Utah.

You will oversee strategy, budgets, staffing, and compliance, driving performance and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and mission-aligned care.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of leadership experience in residential or secure treatment settings.
  • Master’s degree in a human services-related field; Bachelors accepted.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to engage staff, students, families, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Stabilization & Assessment program by driving strategic planning, policy development, and long-term vision execution.
  • Oversee financial performance, assist in annual budget planning, and ensure effective resource allocation aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and achieve annual program goals, tracking progress and driving continuous improvement across departments.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with contracts, optimizing operations, and implementing high-impact administrative strategies.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, ensuring all regulatory, clinical, and operational requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community partners through proactive communication and collaboration.
  • Champion employee engagement and culture, overseeing staff relations and promoting a supportive, inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure a safe, healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors through active risk management and safety protocols.
  • Stay ahead of legal and regulatory issues, taking proactive steps to protect and ensure the program’s long-term success.
  • Lead key meetings, including weekly administrative sessions and cross-functional gatherings, to align and motivate teams
