American Addiction Centers seeks an experienced Facility Executive Director to lead a Las Vegas treatment center, driving day-to-day operations and strategic growth. You will oversee budget, staffing, and regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leadership to optimize patient care and performance.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in healthcare administration and a track record of managing behavioral health facilities, with strong leadership, budgeting, and quality improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare/business administration preferred.
• 1–3 years of proven success at department-level management in Behavioral Healthcare.
• Knowledge of government regulations, accrediting bodies, payor requirements and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the treatment center.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and strategic business initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Lead facility leadership team and develop staff through training and performance review.
• Coordinate with executive leadership on growth, marketing, and admissions strategies.
• Manage 24/7 operations readiness, safety, and quality of care across service lines.
