Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and a track record in behavioral health management, budget development, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. Travel and flexibility may be required to support AAC locations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in healthcare administration.
• 1–3 years in department-level management in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational management of the treatment center.
• Partner with facility leadership to drive KPIs and financial performance while maintaining high-quality client care.
• Assist with annual budgeting and strategic planning; ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
