Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant healthcare experience including 2 years as a director or department head.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior administrative partner to the Department of Medicine, aligning operations with strategic priorities.
• Lead enterprise initiatives, committees, and performance improvement efforts across the organization.
• Promote integration across departments and enterprise practices to support standardized operations.
• Assume additional departmental or enterprise leadership responsibilities as priorities evolve.
