The role supports interim leadership during vacancies, leads enterprise-wide projects, and partners with department chairs and executives to drive performance, growth, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus seven years of progressively responsible healthcare administration experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in healthcare finance, physician practice operations, strategic planning, revenue cycle, and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day administrative operations.
• Manage ambulatory and hospital-based physician practice operations.
• Develop operational policies, procedures, and standardized workflows.
• Optimize patient access, staffing, scheduling, and provider productivity.
• Ensure regulatory, accreditation, and Medical Group compliance.
• Partner with practice managers and clinical leadership to improve performance.
