Qualifications

• Two years of experience providing residential care to the elderly.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience and proven business-building ability.
• Ability to adapt, stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the active living community, ensuring a safe, luxurious and enriching living space for tenants 55+.
• Lead all aspects of the business, supervise staff, and build positive civic relationships to drive occupancy.
• Serve as single point of contact with residents and external entities; manage day-to-day operations and compliance.
