The role focuses on delivering exceptional care and relationships with residents, families and referral sources, and aligning operations with Sunrise standards and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Executive Director, Administrator, or General Manager.
• Proven track record in driving occupancy, revenue and operations.
• Strong P&L and budgeting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development ability.
• Sales and customer relationship experience is preferred.

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
