The Executive Director of the Center for Performing Arts (The Center) serves as the General Manager and artistic leader of the Center and is responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for all performing arts programming, educational initiatives, community engagement activities, and business operations. Reporting to the Chair, Division of Arts and Letters and serving as a key leadership member of the college and university, the Executive Director advances the mission of Governors State University by positioning the Center as a premier regional destination for arts, culture, education, and community engagement.
