Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or University.
• Twelve years of professional experience, including at least six years supervising or managing professional staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee The Clarice’s staff, operations, facilities, budget, and fundraising.
• Balance educational, public, and financial priorities to enhance The Clarice’s stature.
• Collaborate with School of Music, TDPS, MSPAL and Arts for All to shape strategic programming.
