Job summary

ElectronX in the United States is seeking an experienced Executive Director to provide overall leadership and operational direction for the organization. You will balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution to build high-performing teams and drive day-to-day operations in support of core objectives.

You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and foster relationships with customers, partners, and Board members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/related field with leadership focus.
  • 15 years of progressive leadership and management experience.
  • Experience leading organizations, business units, programs, or complex operations.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, operational management, budgeting, and organizational development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organizational strategies, annual operating plans, and key business initiatives.

  • Identify operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director to provide overall leadership and operational direction for the organization.

The Executive Director will be responsible for translating organizational strategy into effective execution, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing financial and organizational performance, and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This role requires a hands-on executive leader who can balance long-term strategic planning with operational execution, build high-performing teams, manage organizational resources, and ensure the organization remains focused on its core objectives.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute organizational strategies, annual operating plans, and key business initiatives.

Translate strategic objectives into clear operational priorities and measurable goals.

Oversee day-to-day organizational operations and ensure effective execution across departments.

Establish organizational policies, procedures, performance standards, and operating processes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Public Administration, or a related field.

15 years of progressive leadership and management experience.

Demonstrated experience leading organizations, business units, programs, or complex operations.

Strong experience in strategic planning, operational management, budgeting, and organizational development.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple organizational priorities.

Strong financial and business management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions and execute strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

Experience serving as an Executive Director, General Manager, Managing Director, Vice President, or comparable senior leadership position.

Experience managing large teams, complex budgets, or multi-department organizations.

Experience leading organizational transformation, growth, or expansion initiatives.

Experience developing strategic partnerships and external relationships.

Experience with performance management, organizational governance, and executive reporting.

Stakeholder Management: Build productive relationships with customers, partners, employees, executives, board members, and other key stakeholders.

Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor organizational performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will be competitive and based on experience, qualifications, organizational scope, and market conditions. The position may include a base salary, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other company benefits.
