Job summary

WizeHire, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead luxury residential real estate operations and development with a locally remote arrangement and regular in-office time in The Castro.

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 plus bonus, with hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and results-based expectations. You are asked to organize complex operations, build scalable processes, and deliver outcomes with confidence, serving as a high-level right-hand to the lead agent while traveling about

• Hours: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM, results-based

• Location: Locally remote; regular in-office time (The Castro). Must reside within approximately 45 min of the office and have daily access to a vehicle.
