Job summary

WizeHire, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to lead luxury residential real estate operations and development with a locally remote arrangement and regular in-office time in The Castro.

Base salary ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 plus bonus, with hours from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM and results-based expectations. You are asked to organize complex operations, build scalable processes, and deliver outcomes with confidence, serving as a high-level right-hand to the lead agent while traveling about

Qualifications

• Executive-level right-hand to the lead agent driving operations
• Strong organizational and people-management capabilities
• Ability to make high-stakes operational judgments quickly

Responsibilities

• Build and run the operational engine of the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution.
• Represent the lead agent when he is out of the city, roughly 40 percent of the time.
• Shape team structure and scale support staff as the business grows.
