Primrose School of Breckinridge Park is seeking a School Director to lead daily operations and support excellence in education and care. You will combine compassionate leadership with strong organizational and business skills to create a safe, welcoming school where children and team members can succeed.

In this role, you will recruit, coach, and support teachers, grow enrollment through family connections, manage staffing and expenses, and ensure health, safety, and licensing requirements are

• Build trusting relationships with children, families, and staff
• Recruit, coach, and support teachers to create a strong, engaged team
• Lead daily school operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and accountability
• Maintain a commitment to health, safety, and applicable licensing requirements
• Support consistent implementation of the Balanced Learning curriculum
• Communicate proactively with families and address concerns with care and professionalism
• Learn the responsibilities of each school position so you can effectively guide and support your team
• Grow enrollment through meaningful family connections and community engagement
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and expenses to support the school's success
