Primrose School of Eldorado in Texas is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead the school, coach a large team, and shape an exceptional culture for children and families.

You will drive enrollment, ensure licensing compliance, oversee staffing and operations, and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education. The Primrose network supports you with seasoned leadership and resources to help your school succeed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or management experience in early childhood education.
• Experience directing a licensed childcare or preschool program.
• Understanding Texas childcare licensing requirements.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop teachers and management team members
• Create a positive, professional, accountable school culture
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain exceptional employees
• Drive enrollment and build strong relationships with prospective and current families
• Maintain high standards for customer service and family satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, safety, and Primrose standards
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and operational expenses
